Return & Refund Policy

We want you rockin’ your Smokin’ Tuna gear with a big ol’ island grin. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we roll:

Returns & Exchanges

  • You’ve got 30 days to decide if your swag is keepin’ the party alive.

  • Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and still looking fresh (tags on, no rum stains).

  • Sorry, no take-backs on hats, drinkware, or clearance goodies—unless we messed up or it arrived busted.

Refunds

  • We’ll send your refund back to the original payment method (no treasure chests of cash, sorry).

  • Give it about 5–10 business days to sail back to your account.

  • Shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return shipping’s on you—unless we shipped the wrong thing or it showed up looking like it survived a hurricane.

Oops! Wrong or Damaged Gear

If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know within 7 days. Snap a pic, send us the details, and we’ll fix it fast with a replacement or a full refund (including shipping).

How to Return

  1. Shoot us an email at [insert shop email] with your order number and what went wrong.

  2. We’ll send you the game plan (and a label if it was our fault).

  3. Pack it up, ship it back, and grab a cold one while you wait for the magic to happen.
